Competitive sports

Regional championships

Teams from the various sports departments compete at regional level.
They are formed at the beginning of the academic year by the PE teachers, based on level and compatibility.
To be considered for team membership, contact the teachers as soon as possible during their training sessions at the beginning of the school year, or at their offices in the sports department.

Competitions are generally held in the evening (for indoor team sports) and on Thursday afternoons (for football and rugby).

Les championnats de France et d'Europe

The University of Bordeaux Sports Association (ASUBx, in French) groups together the sports associations of the University of Bordeaux and its partners (Bordeaux-Montaigne University, Sciences Po Bordeaux, Bordeaux Sciences Agro, Bordeaux INP) and unites the best student athletes under the same team colours for national and international university competitions.
